Early registration (deadline 15/06/2018) :

Accompanying person (conference banquet, welcome reception, social events): 200 €

 Participation to all technical sessions
 Welcome reception (Sunday)

 Social events (Boat Excursion on Monday, wine and pastis tasting on Tuesday and Wednesday during poster session)

Hotel Reservation

A range of options from hostel accommodation to three-star hotels are available through the Cassis Tourism office. Most options are close to the center of Cassis and a tourist train has been organized to take delegates to and from the conference center in the morning and evening.

Hotel Reservation through the Cassis Tourism Office

Please note that in some hotels you will be given a choice of "How many daily breakfast (s) do you want". This corresponds to the total cost of breakfast for your stay at the hotel. For example please check ’1’ for a stay of XX number of nights for 1 person. This will give a total breakfast cost of 49.50 euros for 5 night at the Cassitel hotel (9.90 euros per day). Similarly, please check ’2’ for 2 persons per room, resulting in a total breakfast cost of 99 euros
